We booked a visit here for our anniversary, and it couldn't have been more perfect. From the moment we walked in, the staff were exceptional, so welcoming, attentive, and clearly dedicated to both the guests and the well-being of the animals. They even surprised us with a Happy Anniversary card 'signed' by the staff and cats, which was such a thoughtful, touching gesture! ​The cats themselves were an absolute joy. Such good value for money. Unlimited hot and cold drinks with paid entry. The cats were happy, content and appeared well looked after. Lots of areas to explore and it was a lovely environment. If I lived in the area I'd use this as my local for sure. Hope to be back soon

Loved coming here! £16 each, free drinks for an hour. The cats weren’t that interested until I got a scone with cream………then they were jumping on the table and trying to get to it. Will definitely go back Edit 2nd visit wasn’t as good. The bengal cat (Mr D’Arcy) has retired and the remaining cats must have been getting treats elsewhere. They were even more aloof and not even interested in cream and jam! They have started charging extra for cans of pop, although still get hot chocolate/tea/coffee as part of the entrance fee

2nd time visiting here and it never fails to make me feel better after leaving. The cats are absolutely beautiful and inquisitive. Drinks and food were perfect. I will definitely be coming back again in the future Only downside, I feel like there should be staff on each floor at all times (I know that's not possible in this world) as there was a lot of children unaccompanied with the cats handling them wrong so it would scare them away from people who were enjoying the company of the cats.
