As someone who’s quite particular about food, I was genuinely impressed here. I’m not usually a fish person, but this dish completely changed that for me. The fish was cooked beautifully — perfectly moist, and full of natural flavour without being overworked. The purée was well-balanced and complemented the dish rather than overpowering it. The crispy elements added a nice contrast in texture, which shows good attention to detail. The honey chorizo was a standout — a well-executed balance of sweetness and richness, not overly heavy, and very moreish. The churros were solid. I’ve had slightl

Very good tapas. The scallops the 24hrs sous vide lamb rump are must orders. The Gambas has a good spice kick and came bubbly hot. 👍🏼

Service was friendly, hygiene was good however I am I questioning if the food are meant to be salty? First time coming here and most of the food was very salty, again I have no idea it if it meant to be like that. Over all the place is a decent place to go.
