Colin Keir★Terrible Burger King and horrible service. I’m genuinely not exaggerating with this review. I placed my order at the self-service kiosk and paid at 12:45pm. By 1:30pm, I still had no food. The place was packed with customers waiting, yet the staff were prioritising Deliveroo and Just Eat orders the whole time. I eventually had to ask for a refund at around 1:40pm, after finally managing to get a staff member’s attention. Any time someone asked about the orders flashing on the ready screen, the only response anyone got was: “It’s not been made yet.” With the amount of people waiting for food
