The Savoy Tap was next on our bar list of places to visit - it wasn't particularly busy, and first couple of choices of beers we couldn't have as they were changing barrels... pint consumed and we moved on...

A civilised choice tucked away from the local tourist traps. Neighbouring the hidden church with garden square at The King's Chapel of The Savoy, this side street pub is just off The Strand. The front windows literally open to the street from perimeter perch seats at the forefront of a discreet, handsome square bar with wood panelled walls trimmed with decorative patterned plaster. There's studded leather benches & stools & an upstairs saloon with additional bar. Cut glass flower bud walls lamps add to the civilised, heritage amongst local Savoy namesake heritage of this location synonymous wi

Private function room on first floor as well as the gents toilet. Ladies on ground floor. Open window to street seating 4 people on the inside. Ledge for drinks for those standing on the outside.

Tom Ryan-Elliott★★★★★

Great service with a wide selection of beers from various brands. Will definitely be back here again.
