Waited over 15 mins to be served while 3 staff served one other person in front of me. They gave me cold porridge, marmalade when I asked for honey and the spoons they gave me to eat the porridge with still had old food stick to them. When I took the dirty spoons back they scowled at me like it was my fault. Useless branch, REALLY need some customer service training

Friday morning at 07:45 stale toast, stale cake and bitter coffee. On another occasion at the Drive through - Disappointed to get my latte with very little milk and therefore very hot. So hot in fact that it blistered the roof of my mouth. Are you trying to save money ? What is the logic behind serving a drink that hot ?!!

Nice business, clean and good seating. Drive thru also. Convient location, not a very nice user friendly traffic system in that area though
