If what customers can see is being in this poor condition, I wonder about the staff hygiene, food hygiene and the kitchen hygiene. Shame to the manager/ owner of this location. Disgusting and disappointing, considering that is nearly 2026 not Stone Age!

Food is good! However, The low point is the complete lack of quality checking of what has actually been ordered by the staff! EVERYONE!!, Please double check that you are getting what you paid for,,,,,,,, Too many times we have come away from the drive thru at Lower Earley McDonalds, and found incorrect or missing items. Question, Who actually checks the orders? Will the manager at this branch provide a measure to minimise these errors? How about the staff member reads back the order to the customer and checks the items at the window as he reads it to the customer? Too many times this has

Just been to the drive thru and we arrived home to find we have been given the wrong order, ordered a double Big Mac and were given a quarter pounder also have called multiple times and no one answers the phone, such poor service

The McDonald's at The Square, Chalfont Way, Lower Earley, Reading commendable for its excellent service and cleanliness. All kiosks are functional and print receipts efficiently. Additional items like spoons, straws, and napkins are abundantly available. Chairs and tables are clean and undamaged. The ordered food is served accurately, with fresh, well-cooked fries and a tasty burger. The staff actively maintains cleanliness, promptly clearing tables as soon as customers leave. Restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Parking is adequately marked, with regularly emptied trash bins, though be
