Hotel Victoria Lowestoft

Just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay and this incredible hotel. Why is is only 3 stars we really do not know. The views of the sea from the breakfast room are the best it sits on the promenade. A stroll along the prom takes you to Lowestoft town centre which is ike every other town centre but not many places to eat in the evening. The beach by the hotel is award winning and you can see why it was cleaned every day although we did not see anyone on it during our time there. Car park is big enough for the amount of guests. I had the pleasure of staying at the Victoria and from the moment I walked in the service was top teir. The reception area is a bit dated, but you can tell The hotel is making upgrades especially in the rooms and dinning area. I had great food and amazing service from the dining room team especially David. A massive shout out to Chris the Chef food was exceptional. My room was cleaned everyday and I had a great night sleep. Will definitely be returning.

As a returning customer, we decided to bring an older relative with us for her 1st holiday in a long while.. She had the disabled room which is a seaview room, which couldn't be faulted. Her response was that she had a lovely few days the service from the moment she entered to leaving was 2nd to none. The food was amazing and the head gardener even made sure everything was perfect outside in the beautiful gardens. It was so good she can not wait to return.
