Ordered a simple enough order, just 1 iced latte.. the girl couldn't even get that right.. we waited an age and it wasn't busy either.. she gave us an iced coffee with no milk and a splash of cold water? I think they need new staff or the place to get liquidised.

Food relatively okay. Moca was just too big creamy and just the whipped cream ruined it. I could not eat the food after seeing the stain on the chairs and how stodgy the seat felt! I just felt uneasy to finish even my favourite the mocha.

Often visit with my wife, and have been regularlh for several years. The place has declined, the furniture is dirty and it is becoming quite seedy now. Could do with a thorough clean. It is an expensive coffee house to visit so expect better.

It looks like everything could do with a really good clean. Ladies toilet bin overflowing with paper. Chairs look like they've never been cleaned. On a positive the coffee and cookies are nice. Average cost £12 for two coffees and two cookies. Not very busy so service was quick.
