I went to Baltistan restaurant for the first time for my Nani’s 75th birthday meal and let me tell you my expectations were blown wayyyy out of the water! 🤯🤩 A small pub/restaurant located on a side street on the outskirts of Luton, Baltistan restaurant is the definition of the phrase ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’. We went on Sunday which is the day they have their buffet on all day. I thought it was really cool as their buffet menu’s are on a four weekly rotation- meaning even if you went every Sunday in one month you would get to try a different menu each time. This was the best curry we've ever had, we ordered House Special set Meal (For two) 2 Papadom, Chicken Chat, Lamb Tikka, Karahi Lamb, Chicken Tikka Massala, Aloo Gobi (main), 2 Special Fried Rice, 2 Nan. The flavours were so tasty, every was tender and melted in your mouth, all the dishes were fantastic no too spicy. Staff were lovely atmosphere was amazing for Christmas will definitely come back soon.

Another wonderful meal. Can't fault anything about this restaurant. And to top it off, they had air conditioning which was essential today! Highly recommend the stuffed pepper starter and the prawn saag.
