Okay tasting food. Disgusting toilets, order says it was ready just for the worker to tell me it will be 5 minutes for the chicken. I believe it was an example of meeting head office targets at the expense of customers experience. 10:45am at a near empty restaurant. The photos below were taken 10 seconds apart. No ones order was ready. The staff member asked them to sit back down. Save your patience and go to elsewhere.

While I was standing waiting for my order I saw a member of the kitchen staff who makes the burgers 🍔 drop chicken burger roll on the floor 😡 he then proceeded to pick them up off the floor 😱 put them on the counter and continued to fill with salad sources. When I spoke out he saw me looking, he looked at me and then he picked up the chicken burgers he just made and threw them in the bin making a point that I saw him 😡😱😡🤢🤮🤬. I'm adding to this review I've just read the reply I got from the manager of the store. It looks to me like it's a presentation message that they just send out to

I ordered the zinger supercharger tower meal and I just took a bite of a burger; the chicken was really hard to chew and it was raw as well, and also the gravy was not that good (can be seen in the photo). I will never recommend this KFC to anyone, really. Bad experience.
