Omg.... I put a basic 2 orders in for 2 meal deals at this branch I had to send it back 3 times. 1st my tray say for over 15 minutes on the bottom of 10 other orders ( who all got served before mine ) when I received it it was cold so I asked politely for a new one. This was done, but same thing happened, so again I asked for a new one and new chips as they did not replace these. On receipt of the last one everything had been chucked in the bag. Following my recent visit to McDonald’s, I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. The drive-thru ordering process was smooth and efficient, and the staff handling the order did an excellent job. However, upon reaching the collection window, I noticed that the area where customers are served was visibly unclean. There were spider webs, accumulated dust, and the windows appeared poorly maintained. This also resulted in an unpleasant odor, which affected the overall experience. I ordered two breakfast meals with coffee and orange juice. A female crew member brought the food to Table 17, but she forgot to provide serviettes and sugar. I went to the counter and waited for a few minutes. I believe a floor manager (a young man with a beard) came to the counter to serve another customer's food. I took the opportunity to ask him for some sugar and serviettes. He gave me the serviettes and three sachets of sugar without asking how many I needed. He then dropped the serviettes and sugar on the table in a rude manner and appeared to be muttering something in Hindi or Urdu,

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's while working as a delivery driver. I arrived to collect an order and was assisted by a staff member named Ronald, who wears glasses. After checking in, I repeatedly asked for updates on the order because it was taking an unusually long time. Each time, I was told it would be "another 5 minutes." After waiting approximately 45 minutes and receiving the same response several times, I was finally informed that the order had already been collected by another driver. This information should have been checked and communicated much earlier ins
