I ordered chicken and rice for £10.37, but the portion of rice I received was extremely small and definitely not worth the money. I politely asked the lady at the till if she could change it to a bigger portion, but she refused. The customer service and attitude from the front lady were very disappointing and unacceptable. Overall, a very poor experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Pepe's Piri Piri. I ordered the Extreme Hot option, but I was served a mild version instead. I informed the staff, and they replaced it, but the replacement was also mild. When I asked for some extra Extreme Hot sauce, they refused to provide it. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Pepe's Piri Piri. I expected to receive the food I ordered or at least a reasonable solution, but neither was provided. I hope the management improves its customer service and pays more attention to customer orders in the future.
