Pretty good KFC and visited several times and they always have fresh food and fast service. Never had a product unavailable like some branches I have visited. They only disappointment is Deliveroo/Just Eat drivers parking in the disabled spaces (I have a disabled family member) There is a massive car park on the shopping park so no excuses for taking up disabled bays. On one occasion we ended up going to Maccies as we couldn't get a space enough to get out with crutches.

I ordered on the website today for delivery and KFC yet again messed the order up. We paid 6.49 for a popcorn chicken extra and we didn't receive it at all. We also ordered a mash as one of our sides and did not receive that either. Upon trying to gain a refund through the app, you cannot even apply for a refund instead you are shrugged off to a complaint service that says it may not even respond to the query. We tried to ring the store multiple times and also received no answer from them. In my opinion this makes the customer service terrible. From corporate and the shop itself. The review

First of all, the old KFC taste has gone… Chicken extremely salty and pretty much no chicken, just the coating.. Second of all, poor staff are running around like headless chicken to make the orders quickly.. Put more staff on at peak times and stop trying to make profits by making your employees work like this…

Cold chips every time but the chicken was hot. For some strange reason they have locked the toilets and you have to have a member of staff let you access them.
