We had a fantastic experience at The Bank, the staff are very friendly and attentive. During such heat this week, the inside was lovely and air-conditioned. But it also had a nice selection of outside seating facing the street. We ordered from the sandwich menu, selecting the buttermilk Chicken sandwich and fries, and the chicken Ceaser Salad they were lush. We asked for water to the table which was brought over to us. And it wasnt just us, we saw the team looking after the tables around us. They have a great selection of beer and ales and gins too. But we decided to try a Spritz from the drin

I visited The Bank before a theatre show with a friend. It had been recommended to us. It's a classic pub but in a stunning building. I ordered the Nicholson's Ocean fish and chips, it was a substantial portion. Great value and very tasty, friendly staff and quick service. Will definitely be visiting again.

The food tastes good. I tried the Festive Three Bird Pie, whose filling was very tasty however the outside pie crust was little stiff. But that was not a problem when you try it with the gravy. Mash was tasty but I would suggest them to spend 2 minutes time for garnish or decoration or atleast an eye pleasing serving of mash and carrots. I have no complaints about taste and ambience. Awesome vibe. I tried their signature soft - ginger beer with lime - very delicious. Must visit restaurant.

Myself and my Husband had the Sunday roast with beef, it was fab! A little blip though, my husband's roast beef was a bit fatty, flagged it with the staff and it was dealt with professionally and swiftly, brought a new plate of meat and even got us both a complimentary drink as an apology. Fantastic customer service that. Thank you very much! Looking forward to returning and trying something else next time 😋
