I recently visited Chill with Chai and overall had a pleasant experience. The food was enjoyable, especially the variety of Indian street-style snacks we tried, which felt quite authentic and flavourful. The chai itself was also very good and added nicely to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, which is something many customers appreciate here. However, there is still some scope for improvement in terms of professionalism and consistency. At times, the service felt slightly uncoordinated, and it would be great if the team could be a bit more calm, welcoming, and polish

The food was disappointing, dry, not authentic, and flavourless unfortunately. The chutney is basically green water with no substance. This placed used to be good but has seriously gone downhill regarding quality, food and aesthetics. The extra star is for girl who served us today, she was sweet and helpful, but it looked like she was the only one actually working there. On the bright side the chai is still very good.
