we ordered from doorstep deserts which is the desert place based in phat buns which also sell paninis and toasties etc. each item we revived was either completly wrong and not as described or pictured. i rang the shop and when speaking to a worker he told me that his college had claimed to make everything correct despite me telling him 3 times the order was wrong. he then told me next time i order it will be made correctly and offered no form of refund, apology or the right items to be sent out. “fully loaded” paninis came as dry chicken strips and cold cheese chucked ontop of what looks like

Pictures of the loaded vegetarian meal are wildly different to the actual thing. In the photos it's advertised as a vegetarian protein but is actually deep fried mashed up potatoes and veg and the salad didnt look good quality or fresh either. Very disappointed as the menu was fantastic.

Was gonna order 2 meal deals for £28 when an employee said we could spend £16 for the swans thing. Food took a bit to arrive but was hot (but not too hot) and filling. Food had a nice taste and the whole place had a nice atmosphere to it. Would definitely come back next time we're here.

Had an amazing experience at Phat Buns Mansfield! The food tasted absolutely great, and the loaded fries were honestly the best I’ve had. Everything was fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for tasty food and great service!
