I ordered chicken & rice and paneer & rice with mixed flavours (extra hot and lemon & herb) and specifically asked for it to be saucy. When I collected the order, I even double-checked with the staff and they assured me it was. However, when I opened it, there wasn’t a single drop of sauce — completely dry. On top of that, I paid £8.49 for a paneer portion that only had 6 pieces, which is really disappointing. Awful services, I order from just eat. Never received the delivery but it was marked as delivered mind you I waited 2 hours try to get in contacted with the restaurant through the just eat app no one picked up. It was only till I actually got the number from online and the managers answer was that I have to deal with just eat they can do nothing but just eat it’s telling me to call you so which one is it. is a loop. I am disappointed with the food quality. During my last three visits, the rice has consistently not met expectations. The taste, freshness, and overall quality have declined compared to earlier experience and front staff also very rude .I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves its standards.
