Visited Pizza Express recently. The team were friendly and clearly making an effort, though still learning what good customer service really looks like. While we were there, a lady with a walking stick came in to collect her takeaway. She was left standing for quite some time, which felt uncomfortable to witness. It would be a thoughtful touch to offer a seat or have a small waiting area for those who might need it—empathy is such an important part of service. As for the food… it was pretty mediocre. Nothing memorable, and I wouldn’t rush back. Though to be fair, I didn’t try the pizza—maybe

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ella at PizzaExpress was absolutely fantastic! She served us super well — very attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. She took the time to help us understand how the promotion worked on the app, which made everything so much easier. She truly went above and beyond, making sure we had extra plates, all the sauces possible, and that we were comfortable throughout the meal. Excellent customer service — thank you, Ella!

There weren’t many customers, but the staff didn’t attend to everyone. We waited a long time to pay, and even though we spoke to three different staff members, it still took a long time before someone came to take our payment. In the end, our ice cream was never served, and they charged us directly — they only brought it out after we reminded them. I don’t know what they are doing for and a lot of stuff there. We won’t be coming back.
