First visit to the Engine Inn and it absolutely won't be the last. I had saw an Instagram post and the Sunday lunch looked amazing - the crackling on the pork was what I was most looking forward to. When I arrived we both opted for your trip of meats and they were all delicious. Pork, Beef and Turkey with a side of pigs in blankets - yummy. Only one slight moan and that was that the Yorkshire pudding was too over done and crispy for me - of course this is personal preference and I prefer mine on the more under done scale. The portion sizes were very generous and good value for your money. Can'

A last minute booking with a friend and first time visit. The food was amazing, I had lamb shank, my friend had beef. Big portions, everything cooked to perfection and plenty of gravy, very well presented. A lovely atmosphere and the staff were great, we’ll definitely be back
