Had a really nice experience at Nando’s Newbury, mostly thanks to Sam. He was genuinely friendly from the start and just made everything feel easy and relaxed. He checked in on us at the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and was really helpful without it feeling forced. He also had a great sense of humour, which made the whole thing a lot more enjoyable. It’s not often you get service that feels that natural and genuine. Big credit to him — he made our visit.

Service quick but only 4 tables Food considering how quiet long wait times but was ok. Not the best nandos I've been to. Service well was ok until a manager started swearing across restaurant floor after dropping a cup. Not very good with children in restaurant
