Joe F★★★★★Delicious shawarma and falafel at an exceptional price. The home made sandwich bread is some of the best I’ve had. Nice atmosphere too, where the owners clearly knew regulars who were in and out. I’ll be dropping in here anytime I’m in Newport.
Namrah Bashir (Ms Bashir)★Really disappointing experience. I asked for fresh naan, but was given stale ones. When I politely requested fresh ones for the price I was paying, I was met with rudeness instead of help. They had fresh naan available, yet two were clearly old. I simply asked for them to be replaced, but the response was poor and unprofessional, and my money was returned instead. Very poor customer service overall.
