One disappointing aspect: I made a point of requesting a decaffeinated latte, as I’m sensitive to caffeine, but was served a regular coffee instead — something I only realised later that night while lying wide awake. I’d really appreciate more care being taken with details like this in future, as for some people it’s more than just a preference. Dined Saturday 9th May at 10am.
