Lianne Babés★★★★★Such a wonderful cafe, ive been 3 times since finding it. Dog friendly, few tables but space enough for a couple dogs in there not bothering each other. £5 for a cheese toastie good value quality food. Service is quick for food. Seasonal drinks are delicious, better than chains. Cozy cute vibes. Free parking outside.
flo★★This is very local to us and we have now been maybe 5 times. We have thought we have just been unlucky with the service, long waits and quality of the drinks but it is now apparent this is just how it is at the Rookery cafe. Each drink we have ordered which is made onsite has been awful quality, all hot drinks just taste of long life milk and very little of coffee or chocolate, today I had the peach iced tea, it tasted like a tea bag was wafted over a glass of water. Service is absolutely awful, I don't understand how a business has so many staff but they are always all stood around doing noth
Heidi Barnes★Do not waste your time. It’s just a convenient spot. Dreadful customer care. Undercooked eggs and the toilets - do not use! Based on the prices, give a little TLC and could be a great spot but avoid!
Bluefish★★★It’s a lovely little café on the common, but the service could be improved. Every time I’ve been here there is always a long wait to order. Even with a short queue. Food quality could also be a better.
