Jakub Janisz★Nice looking products but poor quality. All buns are with cardamom, which is not mention on the label. They taste OK, but nothing special. Bread is soft, crust is soft. I bought hazelnut and apricot bread but inside there were almonds. For those price I expected more flavour and better texture.
Pavan Mason★★★★Fabrique is a delightful bakery in the heart of Notting hill and it comes with some truly standout treats. The chocolate chip cookie was absolutely amazing—rich, buttery, and perfectly baked. The raspberry cookie also tasted wonderful, with a bright, fruity flavor and a lovely flaky texture. However, while the flavor was spot-on, it lacked a bit of structure and fell apart more easily than expected. The staff were friendly kind and funny. Overall, Fabrique delivers on taste, and with just a little improvement in texture, their pastries could be flawless.
Elouan Kmvt★★★Fabrique is a nice-looking bakery in Notting Hill with a cozy atmosphere. The pastries look very appealing and the flavors are decent, but I found them quite dry, which was disappointing. The hot chocolate was fine, but overall it feels a bit overpriced for the quality. As a French person used to high-quality viennoiseries, I was a bit disappointed !
Shesaid Hesaid★Was really buzzing on Good Friday, the vibe is there, decor is nice and industrial/ rusty. Pastries look amazing but didn’t taste as wow. It’s really just another cinnamon bun to be honest. Service is bad, the cashier has no facial expression, not engaging, no smile no nothing. Maybe the bun would taste better if she’s more customer-oriented? Hmm, doubt it though. Probably won’t go back.
