my experience here was so lovely! i’d found out about my birthday reward a week before my birthday, as i’d asked the staff member at the self checkout for some help my app decided to refuse to load. The lady gave me time to get my app working and even suggested i went upstairs to get a better signal. This ended up working and i got my reward! aswell as this they always have an amazing and up to date range of snacks, id seen someone talking about a new range of products coming out and found them here on the exact same day!

Big Marks and spencer over multiple floors in the city center. From food to clothes. They've got it. This store is well layed out and signage throughout the store will help you navigate your way around. Plenty of pay points. Staff are polite friendly and helpful.

I’ve visited with my family in clothing section where we’ve shop clothing for children and Mrs too, my son was hungry so we went straight to cafe area . After some time there was a staff guy with green/ white shirt start staring at us where my Mrs notices.. and literally this guy came to us said to not allow to eat or sit here unless you buy anything from the cafe./. I was surprise and asked him that we have shop in the store and this is not Costa or Starbucks that I can’t sit and eat here, he replied absolutely not! I am really disappointed by his body language along with his replies whereas

Fantastic customer service all round on our visit today. Ash in the cafe was really lovely and also the lady in the children’s wear section, interacting with my 2 year old nephew. M&S you are the best.
