Very disappointing experience… We waited an extremely long time for our order while the staff seemed completely chaotic, disorganized, and painfully slow. There was no sense of urgency or proper coordination at all. To make things worse, the Big Arch we received had only one patty and one slice of cheese, which is unacceptable for what we paid for. On top of that, the fries were burnt and barely edible. This visit was frustrating from start to finish. Poor service, poor organization, and poor food quality. Definitely not the standard we would expect.

Very disappointing experience. During my visit, I witnessed an employee bringing an outdoor garbage bin through the restaurant and food preparation area. In addition, some staff members had hair visibly exposed outside their head coverings. As a customer, this raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. I hope management addresses these issues promptly.

Tried the new Surf n Turf, terrible presentation, half the pickles fell out , small in size for the price, and fish was tasteless. Not recommended.

I placed an order for delivery to the second floor, but after waiting for 30 minutes, I was eventually told to go downstairs to the counter to collect it myself. Furthermore, the fries were not hot or even warm—they were cold. The texture was hard, and they were very unpleasant to eat.
