This was the Uber order that was ordered at this store! The bag was dripping wet and drinks were spilled! And fries were missing…. Whoever is responsible for packing Uber orders has failed. It’s a shame as this is a main store in market square.. I’ve posted details of the receipt.

Visited on New Year's Day, the place wasn't very clean. Dirty tables, floor, windows and the touch screen for ordering. Also homeless people using the toilet as there own personal bathroom and hanging around for no reason. Don't think I'll be going again.

I had an extremely upsetting experience with someone from your security team. I was sitting at my table with a drink and wearing headphones when a man approached me and began gesturing without clearly explaining anything. Before I could even understand what he wanted, he forcefully took my drink out of my hands and walked away with it. What made the situation even more concerning is that he was not clearly identifiable as security staff — he was dressed entirely in black, unlike other staff members who were wearing visible uniforms.
