I recently visited this store near my home and ordered two Oat Shaken Espressos. I understand the beverage standards and the importance of customer experience. Unfortunately, both drinks did not taste as they should. The beverages were overly milky, and I could barely taste the coffee. Since an Oat Shaken Espresso should contain three blonde espresso shots, I politely explained my concern to one of the partners and asked if the drinks could be remade. While the partners did remake the drinks, the replacements tasted exactly the same, and both of them was only about half full. What disappointed

Today I ordered a caramel frap and paid with cash, but for some reason I wasn't allowed to scan my points, and the staff said I wouldn't receive a receipt and no points. It's just a small issue, but what if i cared?

Place was filthy. Floors looked like they hadn't been mopped and brushed all day and I visited in the late afternoon. Tables full of rubbish. Rubbish on the counters and not cleared up. It wasn't exaxtly busy either. The one working toilet was also a state. If it's that bad in cuatomer visible areas , how is out back? Felt very icky.

All drink & food was served in paper cups & boxes even though we were sitting in. We had to clean our own table. All of the tables were filthy and cluttered with used cups & napkins etc. Not one table was cleaned whilst we were there. A staff member just started her shift and walked past the dirty tables. Not the best experience. You need to employ staff who take hygiene seriously.
