Unacceptable Personal Commentary by Staff – Nuneaton Costa I am a regular customer at the Nuneaton Costa branch. Today 02.01.26 a male staff member asked if I had a loyalty card, and when I said no, he replied: “Why not? You’re always in here.” This comment was completely inappropriate and had a real personal impact. Cafés are supposed to be neutral spaces where anyone can sit quietly, without being judged or singled out for how often they come in. As a customer, it’s not my job to explain why I’m there, and it’s certainly not the place of staff to comment on my presence. Staff in hospitality
