W Lee★★Visited on 18 February 2026 in the evening at 6.45 pm. As a tourist, just really not sure why the attitude of the staff is very bad. Tables are dirty due to leftovers by other customers, and without being cleaned for a long time
Kim Baker★I ordered a chocolate fudge frappe and asked for now whipped cream when it was given to me it had whipped cream on top so I said I asked for the guy told me it had no whipped cream, they also gave me a boba straw? I don’t know what happened for them to go so down hill
Nya★★★Nice store but unfortunate that you cannot get a physical rewards card anymore. Only on the app. This makes it impossible for anyone without a phone (yes, some of us do not want one) to access rewards which we would enjoy.
Carolien Van Eeghen★★The sandwich I had was really awful. The black pepper gave it a bit of a taste but the bread and topping (tuna) was really lousy. I had to clear my table from dishes left there by a previous customer before the staff was taking it away. I'll never be back here
