A great experience. Very welcome and professional front of house, they made us feel very comfortable, the drinks menu has a good selection of wines, the kitchen is absolutely stunning and clean. The food was no doubt the best, the description of each plate done by a chef, the taste, the smells, the warm plates.... Wow! These guys are doing an amazing job! 5 stars for the whole team... They all deserved to be mention as they work as a team.

Had the 7 course tasting menu here last night, very enjoyable the food is creative as well as technically clever. There is an open kitchen and food and the 3 chefs are the stars. The menu is cryptic, this enables the chef to explain each dish as they serve it to you and provide surprises There are foams, gels and tuiles used to good effect to provide contrast and texture, the courses cover veg dishes a fish dish 2 meat dishes and 2 desserts , I'll add the menu but it may well be different when you go as it changes regularly depending on what's available from local suppliers. We visited Thirteen Restaurant for lunch on Saturday 14th March and opted for the 6.5 course tasting menu with wine pairing, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. We were lucky enough to sit at the chef’s table, which made the experience even more special. Being able to watch the chefs prepare each dish added a whole new level of appreciation for the skill and attention that goes into every plate. Despite being extremely busy in the kitchen, the staff were incredibly friendly, chatty, and happy to explain what they were doing and how the dishes were coming together.

Amazing Birthday celebration with a chefs table experience. Everything was exceptional. Service extremely attentive with a great personal touch, nothing was missed. Head chef Alex and his team were perfect at delivering a phenomenal 13 course tasting menu, going through each detail with each dish. Adding personal touches to the menu to reflect Alex's journey was a great addition. Michelin star should be following in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
