Caffeine was needed so a trip to Starbucks Coffee was our first stop. Good to see the coffee shop has been renovated. Quick service by friendly and welcoming staff. A fair variety of food snd snacks to choose from and a good variety of drinks too. A good coffee stop for some liquid sanity.

It's always a joy to come here! The staff are super friendly, hard-working and always have a smile on their faces. I always enjoy being recognised by them and striking up a quick conversation whenever I'm in. The restaurant is always clean and presentable and just generally a pleasant environment to be in. Can get very busy which I guess is a good sign. Staff seemed to handle this well and I didn't have to wait long to be served. Atmosphere is nice. From an accessibility perspective it's pretty good. The door on the way in and out needs operated manually. The accessible toilet door remains open until pulled shut, great. I can't stand it when they closed on you as you try and get in/out. Staff very happy to help too which is nice.

I really like Starbucks for its taste and overall quality. However, I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this particular store. On multiple occasions, staff have not asked for my name when taking my order and instead called out the name of the item, while other customers were asked for their names and served more personally. This difference in treatment made me feel uncomfortable and overlooked. On another occasion, I collected a Too Good To Go parcel to help reduce food waste. Unfortunately, the entire parcel contained the same type of muffin, all close to expiry. This was impractica
