Lovely coffee shop for our mid morning snacks. The best toasted tea cake in Plymouth it was huge. Served with hot coffee. Disabled friendly staff, toilets are clean. Plenty of seating .

I’ve been coming here almost daily for the past 6 months and never had a bad experience. The coffee is great, and the baristas are truly outstanding - even though it can get very busy, they are always ready to greet you with a smile, and I’ve seen them handle many rude customers in stride. In my opinion, the coziest coffee shop in Plymouth - although the WiFi is unreliable, so I would not recommend it as a study spot.

I’m giving this one star, not because of the barista — they were actually very helpful, polite, and forthcoming with my order — but because of the overall experience in the shop. While I was there, other customers were acting rudely and disrespectfully toward the barista, which was completely unacceptable. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere, and there didn’t seem to be any effort to manage or address the behavior. This is where ownership and management need to step up. Staff should not be left to deal with abuse on their own, and the responsibility for maintaining a respectful environmen

This is a branch of the small countrywide chain. It is a fairly big cafe with plenty of seating. Especially good in the hotter weather is that they have comfy seats next to the windows but the glass pane pulls back thus leaving you in the fresh air. There is outdoor seating too but when you sit inside by the window, you get the same temperature with no fear of rain! Service was friendly & my latte was very good. I had a fruit scone & butter. No catering butter packs here though, I had a very generous serving of butter in a side pot. Had to mark the food down slightly though as my scone was qui
