Appalling service received today whilst trying to purchase a coffee. Both of the Team members working behind the counter did their very best to ignore me and continued checking off a delivery despite we standing directly in front of the counter quietly waiting. When I eventually asked if they were serving one replied bluntly Yes! but continued to deal with his delivery. Shockingly bad customer service.

Not a bad review for the staff or products but a bad review for charging 79p for an alternative milk for your tea. This is just ridiculous and doesn’t really support the vegan or dairy free communities. From a £2 a litre alternative milk Cafe Local makes around £50 extra when this should be just normal We don’t live like 20 years ago when there was not much demand but this should be an option for your customers. What a ridiculous cafe chain. This will go on all the social media to create awareness and for people to avoid paying that extra tax for 20ml of milk.
