I remember I once when there because I was given a free piece of cake through their mobile application on my birthday. It was obviously such a nice treat from them and I wasn’t really expecting it. Anyway, I went there and asked for a chocolate fudge and wanted it warm. The barista said they don’t usually serve it warm but he did it for me. He was very nice.

Called in today as we always do when in preston. Nearly all the tables were full of trays and dirty dishes. At one point, all 3 staff were stood around. When not stood around 2 of the staff were going eleswhere with their mobile phones. Still sat here 30 minuites later and not one table has been cleared of pots or cleaned. Had to have our drinks out of a disposable cup. No clean spoons either. All 3 staff seem young. Only 1 menber of staff serving now.

Service was good. Young lady was helpful when I wanted points added on from a receipt. The coffee was nice and strong as usual. The male server gave me extra hot water for my wifes coffee. Thank you.
