My advice is, when you walk in, if your senses are overwhelmed with the delicious smell of exotic spices, then you’re in the right place. If you can’t smell anything, then walk out. This place, you get hit with a tidal wave of amazing exotic smelling spices. A long narrow space, comfortable and intimate. Really enjoyed our meal at Chook Chook. The lamb chops were excellent, the paneer tikka was full of flavour, and the dal makhani was delicious. Everything we ordered was very tasty. The staff were also fantastic - friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout. We'll definitely be back!

Had been wanting and looking for a great curry restaurant that had a proper tandoori chicken and biryanis and I’ve good it. We had a wide selection of dishes from starters and mains. House lamb curry, lamb chops, the works. But the standout plate was the tandoori chicken. I’m heading back just for that!

Food was good, ask them for less spicy if you can’t eat spicy. I found the Amritsari tikki chole spicy. My favourite was the Beetroot Dahi Puri. The veg shammi kebab was also good. My friend had the railway chicken curry with naan and she said it was delicious.
