Ordered £40 worth of junk from this dungeon. Almost 2 hours late. Third time they’ve tried doing me dirty. The milkshake and McFlurry have a foul smelling odour to them, in other words. The. Milk. Is. Off. Couldn’t give that to my children. There’s more btw that I quite frankly dashed in the bin instantly before taking pics of the rest. Food came rubbery, stone cold as if I just took it out of the freezer myself to cook. Child choked on one of the chips. Chicken nuggets looked almost alive tbfh, so raw and rough. Physically not edible to eat. I would be absolutely ashamed if I were them. I cal

Ordered 3 egg muffin but only received 2. One egg muffin is missing. Order# 2AC13 location: putney. Bad customer service in dealing such peoblem. I was asked to upload photo of receipt. I both uploaded the receipt emailed and the receipt from the order delivered. Yet, they cannot recognise it as their receipt. Funny thing, they have all your details but they are just toying you around until you just give up on your complaint. They will not take responsibility at all. Called their store phone but nobody is will to answer.

Food is what you expect, its McDonalds. But the service can be very slow here despite no fault of the staff. I am really not sure self-service checkout has helped, it just makes people dither for longer. Also because Putney is a quiet part of London, it becomes a bit of a magnet for loud antisocial behaviour in the evening which can downgrade the experience.
