On entering this place for the first time. The Eastern European staff member was quite dismissive and rude. Our friend had been here many times before and that's why we came! We were shown to a table where the menu was thrown down on the table and we were left to it. Luckily, things improved from this point onwards. I visited Perico Lounge in Ramsgate yesterday with my dad for lunch. We were welcomed and greeted at the door by a very smiley man who made us feel instantly comfortable and showed us to our seats. He explained how to order and even chatted with us about the menu, complimenting our choices — his smile never left his face! Our food was served by another gentleman with blonde, curly hair who was also very polite and helpful. Really quick service, ordered via the QR code on the table, two adult meals, one kids meal and three drinks, all under £50. Drinks came out in under 3 minutes and the food was out in under 10. Couldn't fault the food, great selection and flavours - reasonably priced too! We sat outside with a beautiful veiw of the sea. Staff were cleaning and clearing tables straight away to make room for new customers. Staff were generally approachable and friendly.
