Ok So clearly new management or ownership This time the food was like the old days! Piping hot, amazing crunchy chips, even the MILKSHAKES were available! We were in and out in seconds! I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent experience at McDonald's Rawtenstall. On 30 April 2026, between 12:10 and 12:30 PM, I arrived to collect an Uber Eats order and was kept waiting for over 15 minutes. As per the restaurant’s instructions, delivery drivers are expected to wait on the left-hand side of the counter. However, there were already several drivers waiting in that designated area, and the space was extremely limited. While waiting, I tried to position myself nearby without obstructing access. Standing with the other drivers would have blocked the self-service screens,

Visited McDonald’s Rawtenstall for breakfast and left really disappointed. Both tomato ketchup dispensers were completely empty. I politely asked a member of staff if I could have some sauce to go with my food and was told it would be 10p extra. I only had a £20 note, and despite the fact the dispensers were empty (which isn’t the customer’s fault), the staff member was happy to take £20 and hand back loads of change just for 10p sauce. No effort at all to resolve it sensibly. I then spoke to the manager, Kalleigh, hoping for better customer service, but unfortunately she was just as unhelpful

Quality of food is starting to drift. Food presentation can be poor, drinks are often short measured and ice cream cones are a lottery on how little ice cream you get. Disappointing. Updated review 09/04/24 No real change to my original review. Getting a whole meal that is all fresh is very much a lottery, normally something is cold. It seems to have gone down since covid, and the increase in home deliveries has made things slower/worse. Can take or leave McD's.
