What great service👍 We found an item of furniture we liked and bought it. When we got it home, it just wasn't right. We called them on Monday morning and they could not have been nicer about the situation, saying to bring the item back and they will issue a full refund, which they did. Lovely people when were buying and lovely people when we wanted to return the item, fully recommend them and we will certainly be back. Thanks for your help Alan.

The most beautiful furniture shop around, everything is quality. The staff are extremely helpful. It’s a shame that dogs are not allowed anymore, if the dog is small enough to be carried I wonder if there would be a compromise.

Dansk at Rayleigh Weir is easy to access just off of the A127 with car parking to the front of the store. The staff are attentive and have good product knowledge. Prices are a little bit on the high side but that is definitely reflected in the quality. Having previously purchased products from Dansk in the past their after sales service is also very good. There is a small coffee shop on the 1st floor but this is currently closed due to Covid restrictions. There is also toilets and a disabled lift. We would recommend this store and other Dansk outlets.
