Usually good service. Can get flustered during busy times such as lunch during half term. Our 2 friends characters were missing from our order along with my son's drink from his happy meal. Staff helpful and the staff on the floor clearing up always do an amazing job and are so friendly.

If there was a 0 star option it would be that,went there selected no bacon in my wrap… cool … eating my wrap now top half no bacon bottom half alla bacon in that I took it to the counter and the server gave out a chuckle and said sorry I’ll get you a knew one Muslims avoid kingfisher maccies g ting Shoulda got a photo of it I was too infuriated to even think anything but walk away

Really poor. Eaten at McDs for many years even in US and all over Europe's.This is one to avoid at all costs. Took my grandson there, food the children's meal was ok .The adult big mac and 1/4 lb were cold the chips barely warm. Appalling. This is a McDonnels to AVOID. The McDs off juction 5 M5 is SO SO much better.Food is hot there.

Went tuesday evening after going the cinema and the wait seemed to take ages even tho it wasnt tht busy. We went around 7.30pm and they was cleaning so can never tell if your still welcome to sit in or have to take and go.
