Repeated allergen failure + awful delivery experience. I ordered via the McDonald’s app, delivered through Uber. Despite clearly requesting NO ONIONS due to an allergy, onions were added to every burger again. This is not a preference — it’s a food safety issue, and it keeps happening. On top of that, the order arrived late, the chips were cold and manky, and even the apple pies were cold. The entire meal was unpleasant and felt like zero care was taken. Terrible ordered 2 fillet o fish meals 1 with salad, 1 with fries and an apple pie . Worst McDonald's I've ever had..Visiting mum in East surry hospital she fancied something hot it was 1.30am tasted like it had been out for days, fries cold threw them in the bin. Absolutely pathetic, unprofessional, and a complete joke of a "billion-dollar brand." I am typing this in a state of pure frustration on an empty stomach because I made the mistake of trusting this app and this outlet. I did my due diligence. I checked the app and Google My Business before ordering, and both showed the Redhill outlet as functioning.
