Grace Nabus★★★Disappointing visit. I usually enjoy coming here as the coffee and tea are consistently good, and the food is generally of a high standard. It’s often a reliable spot for a quick break or a casual catch-up, and the atmosphere is usually pleasant and welcoming. However, my most recent experience was somewhat disappointing, mainly due to the service. The cashier seemed rushed and inattentive. While I was trying to recall the name of the item I wanted to order, he didn’t give me the time or space to do so. Instead of checking back or asking if I was ready, he appeared more focused on moving the
Vali Dumitru★★★Nice coffee shop, but considering the amount you spend, the expectations are quite high. Sandwich, pastry, and coffee = £20. You can tell that the products they use are premium, but nothing out of the ordinary. Everything is just basic. The lady making the coffee was so busy gossiping with colleagues that she nearly forgot the reason she was there. Again, the food and coffee are not bad at all but not worth the money. £10 for a sandwich... that’s a bit too much.
AMAL BABY THALIYATH★★★★Visited Gail’s Cafe in Reigate with my wife and had a lovely experience. We ordered a cappuccino, mocha, cheese twist, and blueberry muffin, everything was fresh and delicious. The ambience was great, and since it was a sunny day, we enjoyed sitting outside. A perfect spot for a relaxed coffee break, we had a great time and will definitely return!
Vic Madriaga★★★★★Tucked in the busy Reigate High Street is the simple looking Gail’s exterior but once you get in a wide array of delish pastries and menu will keep you in for a long time. White interiors and their wide space makes it appealing for you to stay. It can get popular after 9am on a Sunday so make sure you get their early. I liked their baked eggs with no bacon. The only downside we’ve experienced is a missed order and with no receipts given, it’s a bit challenging to do a follow up - but no questions asked they served us what we ordered.
