Really diassapointing - I went here expecting nice hot food but first I started off with dough ball’s which were freezing cold . I actually think if I put them in a freezer they would have been warmer . When I returned the doughballs the waiter rolled her eyes at me and returned with “new doughballs “the waiter looked incredibly miserable and made no effort to interact with me . The “new doughballs (it was the same ones as before they were just put in a microwave )tasted bland and even when I tried to add sauce to them the garlic doughball sauce was in turn even more flavourless then the d

We made a last minute decision to take our eldest out for dinner and she chose Pizza Express and oh boy we did not leave disappointed!! Reece greeted us with a friendly face and let our daughter choose where to sit - she chose a booth by the open kitchen - not being familiar to the menu Reece helped us out and gave us recommendations - which we went for and throughly enjoyed! Thank you for the amazing service Reece and helping us treat our daughter to a nice meal out - we WILL be back!!!!

Honestly, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The prices are ridiculously high for no good reason, and the quality of the food doesn’t match the cost at all. The food tasted old and unclean, like it had been prepared long ago and just reheated. We spent around £50, yet we couldn’t even eat anything because it tasted so bad and unpleasant. The service was also very poor, and they didn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. Because of this terrible experience, I will never come back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to try it either.
