Docked one star because they're selling birds as pets which even pets at home stopped doing because it's unethical! The rest of the animals are well kept but keeping animals that fly in a tiny cage for human entertainment isn't right in this day and age.

The addition of the large pet store is pretty cool, but the actual garden centre & in particular, restaurant, is pretty rubbish. Don’t bother going for the Christmas shopping, as it’s minimal and scruffy. And no ice rink or reindeers anymore. The restaurant is the biggest let down though - wayyyy overpriced (£11 for a panini with a few crisps and tiny sprinkle of old salad). I had the hot honey chicken burger with chips & coleslaw. After a 45 minute wait, I had to chase them down for the coleslaw (wish I ha
