Walk-in times aren't the same as drive-thru, but not advertised. As a new dad I was up at the crack of dawn and thought I'd take my baby out for a walk to try and settle him, bonus that I'd get a Costa as it's advertised to open at 5:30am. Arrived at the door around 6:10am to find it locked, a staff member arrived just to tell me that the store doesn't open until 7am, I tried explaining how the opening times on the door could be misleading, however he didn't seem to care and grunted something about head office. I visited this morning to get a coffee and a sandwich, and I was genuinely impressed by the customer service. I believe the staff member who served me was called Bailey. I asked him which coffee he would recommend, and he took the time to explain the different options, including the new seasonal drinks and the coffees that are most popular with customers. He was patient, knowledgeable, and had a smile on his face the entire time. He really made my morning. It is my go to coffee shop. Whenever I go to at a nearbyTesco store I try to visit this Costa coffee shop. The only minus I can see here is that sometimes there is a lot of people come in to use their free wifi using up a lot of valuable sitting hence sometime it is good to avoid this place. Apart from this niggling problem it is a nice place to come relax over a cup of coffee and a bite. Come in and enjoy and let me know if I am wrong about "working people" who congrgate and take up space there.

Although this Costa was extremely busy, the staff worked very hard to get everyone's orders completed as quickly as possible. There is plenty of space and there are no restrictions on parking, plenty of spaces. It is a lovely place for a drink with friends and family :)
