I am absolutely appalled over an order placed via Just Eat, totalling over £50 from Burger King. The entire order arrived stone cold. Not lukewarm — completely cold and inedible. We attempted to eat it but had to stop as it made us feel unwell. This is completely unacceptable. Spending over £50 on food that cannot be eaten is ridiculous, and it shows a serious lack of care in both preparation and delivery. On top of this, the overall quality of the food was appalling. The items looked as though they had been carelessly thrown together, with no attention to presentation or basic standards. I

Always my favourite burger 🍔. Parkgate is great in the week but tends to be very busy at weekends. Food is always hot by my experience. Staff are polite and are willing to go that extra mile. Only negative comment is when ordering from the kiosk, beware it no longer gives you a barcode to download your receipt. This is a shame because you have to ask at the counter when collecting your order. Please bring the receipt barcode back !!!!

Very busy place, seems to prioritise deliveries & drive through as people were stood waiting at the counter quite some time. This burger king has a very small play area but it's great for kids to play. We popped in as saw the kid's eat free offer outside. However, it is a combined kid's meal with 1 set adult meal option (whooper, medium fries and coke zero). We left as didn't fancy this set meal and feel it's a bit misleading and disappointing. This offer was only available on the app which is annoying to use, it's difficult to navigate and difficult to find the kids eat free option. Would rec
