kind staff. i ordered the ube frappe it was sooo good, nice and sweet. the strawberry and matcha cookie sandwich was also really nice, kinda tastes like a macaroon, the flavours were all spot on 👌 i recommend for everyone to try these 2 items

It's a busy Costa in the hospital, coffee is how you would expect, nice... The food is really expensive for what you get however. Despite how busy it gets service is always friendly and efficient , a little bit of banter and chat, but not too much to be uncomfortable.

I ordered 2 toasties and a bacon bap along with juice and a coffee before my son's doctor appointment. As I was waiting for my order, my name was called and I was handed my coffee and a bag with the food in. I said thank you and left for my son's appointment. We got there and I checked the bag, both toasties but no bacon sandwich. Obviously I didn't have the time to run back before his appointment so we went after.
