Visited the Costa Coffee branch in Shipley on Market Street recently and felt it deserved recognition for such an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and incredibly relaxed. Service was friendly and nice staff. Sadly the coffee was rushed and bitter. Plus they just make every coffee the same. Had a latte and a cappuccino and literally bit the same amount of froth. Nice store tho and nice staff.

Such poor service. Extremely rude customer service operator at the drive through. I requested for a specific sandwich asking if they had any in stock to which he replied “nah” and shouted to his colleagues “that’s her” when we drove away.
