Fabulous! This is what you want on high streets but sadly they are being destroyed by the chains! Sarnis is a proper cafe and sandwich bar. It's unashamedly a proper northern cafe! No Bull! Just proper food cooked fresh, made fresh, and made with pride and love. And the prices are great! A proper massive sandwich with salad is about the same as a Boots or Tesco meal deal! Who needs a triangle sandwich from Boots/tesco etc when sarnis do.one for the same price but 10 times better! Lovely staff and my no1 go to when I need lunch.

Lovely, friendly, independent café with great food. Had a large sausage and egg sandwich. Absolutely delicious, and gargantuan! I couldn't finish it, and I'm usually ravenous in the mornings. Unless you're very hungry or there's two of you, I'd suggest sticking to the medium size!
